I tried to take them back and receive a refund and I spoke to a guy called Chris and he was the rudest person I have come across. I don't like to say this but he made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. You could tell that the tiles wasn't good. Me being a trader I could of brought a lot of business as I am in the kitchen trade but I will not be returning.
